It is for their soft and
luminous landscapes that the kings of France, at the end
of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, chose to be installed
on the edges of the Loire. Shelling itself along the river,
the first ligerian park joins together territories angevins
and tourangeaux with the common identity: at the time
of the division of the kingdom, in December 22, 1789,
the republicans had not already wanted to join together
in only one department the towns of Saumur, Bourgueil,
Chinon and Richelieu?
