A WINE THAT ONE LIKES TO SHARE
Generosity of the earth and art of the wine grower become allied to offer to the world real wines of soil. " Only in, the plant domain, the wine allows the man to understand the real savour of the earth. " Colette during your stay in Meursault, you will discover the vineyard and will sample the wines. Throughout the history, Meursault's white wines appear on the most illustrious tables as the most modest. Thomas Jefferson, president of the United States writing to his supplier " I have an urgent need for Meursault . It is the one that I prefer! " (In January 22, 1789)

WHITE WINES OUT OF COMMON
They arose from the union of Chardonnay and of the exceptional geology of Beaune's coast. In the nose, their bouquet is heady. In mouth, they are very substantial with a plentiful softness. Their obstinacy is exceptional.
For a long time, they are raised in barrels. " For me Meursault's wines have a taste of very rich hazelnut, often developed by the new barrel. But all white wines of Burgundy, are doubtless those that pull the best profit of the barrel. Because this taste is natural to them and they make of it their positive usage ". White Meursault opens up between 8 and 15 years. Their flavours become then more intense still; their sweetness is unforgettable.

RED, RARE AND THOROUGHBRED, MEURSAULT
Stemming from the black Pinot vine, their style is finer; they are thoroughbred and powerful. Red Meursault evolves between 5 and 10 years; the First Vineyards: Blagny and Santenots until 20 years.

PEOPLE OF ART
The wine is an art in Meursault, they are hundred " of artists ", wine growers and traders, to cultivate the vineyard and to raise their wines. Love and the art of the wine are passed on from generation to generation in the families that produce wine. Their cellars are opened to the lovers of Meursault: the art to receive is cultivated there also!
