Sometimes following these three rivers, or climbing along
its hillsides, a
pedestrian course of interpretation allows discovering, besides
underestimated aspects of the historic or natural patrimony
of quimperlé, panoramas and beautiful rural places
in full city. The dominial forest of carnoët delights
the walker as the sportsman with its 750 hectares of forests
of oaks and beeches. The beaches and ports waiting for you
in 14 km.
Between rivers and forest, close to the ocean and to beaches,
quimperlé the city in two faces, entails you on the
streams of the relaxed rhythm of life. Situated at the doors
of Cornouaille, this city of history with the rich patrimony,

its festivities.
There are several manners to land quimperlé:
It holds to its particular geographic configuration. The pressing
tourist can be satisfied (and it is already much) to promenade
in the historic heart, between the three rivers, there where
concentrates a great part of the patrimony of the city.
But he would be wrong to stay there. He should then borrow
the picturesque stairs and the shopping streets which lead
