PARIS

ONE TWO THREE... MOVE IN ILE-DE FRANCE !
Sport downtown: how () to go out
At Paris, many people make their jogging in the parks and one finds here and there some tennis courts discovered (taken by storm at the beautiful days, obviously). The great classics. In the capital, there are other ways to move in the outside
Canoeingand oar
(in the Villette), water skiing; (at Defense), martial arts; (in the public gardens), cliff; (6 walls of climbing), foot, basketball (some grounds of street to the Invalids, in the Villette, in Luxembourg...), iceskate (skating rinks of the Town hall, the basin of the Villette and the Montparnasse Square in winter)... Then there are the rooms, of gym, squash, boxing, bowling. For obvious reasons, certain activities - parachuting, VTT, golf...? are definitely not practised in Paris. Then rejoin one of the 12 Bases of leisures and open air or any other ground of exercise. InIle-de France , No limits to unwind!
One does not put the feet at the country of the art of living without accepting the basic rule of it:
to know to take his time. Observe the very special manner of the Parisian to lounge in terrace, to take a rest on a lawn, while reading a novel or relaxing in a base of leisures... And invent your own way of living Paris and its area. Without forgetting the creed: to give pleasure, , to relax. Rest!

SMOOTHLY
Idleness Translation: nothing to make. All ways of being really on holiday in Paris and inIle-de France .
Enough of the gray? Turn to the green
You are with naked feet, stretched out in grass. The foliage above partly hides the sun. Screaming of children who are playing, chirping of birds, water noises... , enjoy you are in Paris. Chaumont hillocks (see p. 66), the Villette (see p. 66), Montsouris, Luxembourg (see p. 67), Champs of Mars... the capital is strewn with parks and parks. Okay, to have landscape, pure plant, horizon, truth, direction the countryside: it is 80 % ofIle-de France which means three regional natural reserves, twelve bases of open airl and leisures, numerous forests in addition to the pretty villages per tens. Some places are particularly indicated for an original escapade: 1in the forest of Fontainebleau and its enormous baroque rocks, the river beach of Isle-Adam (eh yes, a beach, a real www.ville-isle-adam.fr, 01 34 69 41 99), one strolls in the barge along the Seine, the Marne or Oise... One breathes a little!

EACH ONE HAS HIS RHYTHM
Your feet, a bicycle, rollers, a child's scooter, a bus, the subway, a taxi... on the dry land, under ground, in the air or on water... all the means are good - and there is much - to move inIle-de France . To move. To go somewhere... or right for the way.
History to see landscape.

PILLOWS ON SIZE
To sleep in a European metropolis... In general, lodging is very expensive. However, Paris remains one of the least expensive capitals on the matter. For a very simple reason: large variety of its range of comfort and price. Economic hotel trade, young lodging houses, inns of youth, university rooms in summer, rural lodgings, rooms of hosts or even under the tent... To each one his bed!
