A BEWITCHING NATURALNESS
THE MAGIC OF THE GREAT SPACES
The ample horizontal extents of the Countryside of Breey point out to the center of the Paris basin. Brenne, and its interlacing of ponds (more than thousand!) form a strange watery region. More to the south, in edge of the heights of the Central massif, the hedges and trees entirely limit the horizon of a strongly undulating Boischaut. Superb forests of secular oaks cover the vast extents like those of Lancosme, Chateauroux or Bommiers. Some remarkable sites: the majestic " Loop of the Pine", the dark ruins of Crozant on Creuse,the white cliffs of Mérigny on the edge of Anglin or the rocky heaps of Parrelles in Bursting.

The PARK OF THE 3RD MILLENIUM
The animalist space of High-Touche between Azay-le-Ferron and Obterre, is one of the vastest zoological gardens of Europe (180 ha). True Arch of Noah of XXIth century, it gathers threatened species from the whole world. Automobile course of 4,5 km, by VTT, or pedestrian paths skirt the vast enclosures wher deer tribe, antelopes, bisons, wolves, tigers and wallabies live in an almost freedom under the eyes of the visitors.

THE SECRET GARDENS
Around the big residences, nature is harmoniously ordered and controlled. Bouges is of an Italian inspiration. Azay-le-Ferron enjoys the harmonies of the yews and the rose trees. In Nohant, the park was reconstituted in the way George Sand knew it. Valençay is decorated with beautiful gardens having a French style as well as an animalist park.

AN ASTONISHING DIVERSITY
In Brenne as in downtown, observatories and paths of discovery mark out vast spaces where nature is preserved: natural reserve of Chérine, protected ponds of Massé and Foucault, paths of Blizon and Beauregard in Brenne; ecoparc of Chènevières in Déols, Saint-Gildas meadow and park of Belle-Isle in Chateauroux.

BRENNE ;THE COUNTRY OF THE THOUSAND PONDS
The Regional Natural reserve of Brenne (163000 ha) allowed the development and the protection of this international wetland, which is a refuge of a rare fauna and flora. In the House of the Park (Souchet Rosnay); a diaporama of wonderful beauty and "exit-nature" animated by, the league of Protection of Birds; Indre-nature or, C.P I.E. of Azayae-Eerron; allow to discover all the richnesses of them. Panda lodgings offer privileged means for an authentic approach of the wildlife of Brenne.

FULL FREEDOM
ALL MY SPORTS ARE IN NATURE
Indre is a land where one strolls. More than 150 communes propose their paths of small strolls (that is to say 6500 km of marked out ways) to which is added the paths of big national or Country excursions (G.R.). One can traverse them on foot, by VTT, on horseback and easily find lodging and cover. The convivial gatherings "of Brenne" Mézières, "of châtaigne"in Eguzon, and "the country of George Sand" in Nohant are " excursion -events" where hundreds of participants hurry.

TOWARDS SAINT JACQUES DE COMPOSTELLE
To go from Vézelay to Roncevaux one crosses "the country of George Sand" and two important sites of Romanesque spirituality. Saint sépulchre (copy of the Saint Sépulchre of Jerusalem) and gargiless.

BEACHES IN THE CENTER OF FRANCE
Bellebouche (Mézières-en-Brenne) , main leisures base of the PNR of Brenne was carefully endoed: beach, nautical base (a pond of 100 ha), hiking trails, restaurant, camp-site, vacation village, in its preserved environment. Eguzon and Blanc, bases of open air approved by the ministry of youth and the sports, combine all the types of lodging in a safe environment, with a pallet of activities ranging from sailing to speleology, as well as climbing, archery, horsemanship and VTT

THE HAPPINESS OF ONE DAY RELAXATION IN FAMILY
In Luçay-le-Mâle, around a pond of ten hectares where the distractions gather. In Orsennes where the six hectares of Parcapuces, ideal for the children, allow multiple plays while tasting the joys of the bathe. In the park of the pond of Reuille, in Fléré-La-Rivière, it presents around its pond the animals of the farm.
